Stay away from Jsn

Bought a new M4 of the floor. 5 minutes after driving it off the showroom I called to complain that there was a vibration on the steering and a scratch on the leather. They asked me to bring the car back which I did. 2 days later I get a call saying that they cannot replace the leather and they cannot test drive a car over 120km to test for the vibration. Picked up my cqr and drove straight to Alberante bmw with the same problem. Long story short and after inspection from bmw SA they agreed to replace the leather panel and found out there was a defect on the tires. In conclusion I realized that Jsn just tries to hook you in to buy a car and once you sign over that dotted line, you are forgotten. I have learnt that a company like Alberante will not only beat the price of Jsn on their new vehicles but their service is impeccable. I have subsequently bought a M5 pure metallic edition and an i3 for the wife. Needless to say which dealer i chose. I have also witnessed first hand that the guys drive customer and demo cars at Jsn like they stole it. I would be very concerned taking my car there even for an oil change as they have no respect for other people's property.
