No Courtesy Car - Stranded!

My Car was investigated by JSN motors on 04/02/2015 and i was informed to bring the vehicle back on Monday 09/02/2015 as they will need to keep the vehicle there for 3 days. At this point I requested to have a courtesy car as I am staying in Pretoria and my work is dependant on having a reliable car.<br> <br> They still have no indication on when my car will be fixed and are still troubleshooting. they are also unable to provide me with a courtesy car. I need to visit my kids and commute to work and see client. <br> <br> I am in an extremely difficult situation due to the fact that JSN are not able to supply me with a courtesy vehicle whilst they are busy troubleshooting the issues on my vehicle. I have been told constantly that they are trying to find a vehicle and that they will let me know but rarely get any feedback.<br> <br> I am literally stranded. In today's day and age within Gauteng it is impossible to be without transportation. Our jobs depend on it and we pay allot of money for our vehicles and service to have a reliable source of transportation.<br> <br> I greatly feel that this issue has not been dealt with professionally and are very irate at the moment with the service!
