JSN Motors - Strictly Service Station?

<p>I had a fuel leak on my car on Tuesday. My car smelled badly like fuel and when I pulled out of my garage I went to investigate the puddle, fuel confirmed. Having serviced all my cars at JSN Motors for over 5 years the logical thing to do was to call them for assistance. The font desk trasferred me to the bookings desk. After explaining my fuel leak the person told me the first opening is the 31st of July. I asked if they can possibly make an exception because my car is leaking fuel and its dangerous to drive around like that. The stern response still was that the first opening is the 31st of July. Obviously I had to go elsewhere and JSN Motors will never see me again. It seems that they are purely focused on only servicing cars on a schedule and does not give a damn about anything else. This is pathetic in my mind. </p>
