JSN Motors - BMW Dealership

I have never felt so disrespected. I called JSN motor and I spoke to Mandy who then transferred me to the Parts department. The phone was answered by a gentlemen called Sean Butler. Before he could even asked me about the parts I needed, he first asked where i work and when i told him that I work for Discovery Insure he asked me to hold.

He then started chatting to people that he is with at the store and all I heard was this guy is wasting my time and he dropped my call. I'm not sure if he was referring to me or not, but all i heard was those words before he dropped the phone.

I'm not sure if this is the kind of service we get from such a huge company.
