It is very seldom in this country that a person receives good service! And the problem is when you do receive good service we take it for granted, which is why I decided to take 5 minutes to extend my sincere gratitude to JSN motors in Bryanston, especially the Service adviser Melanie, and then her exceptional relationship manager Robyn! <br> <br> I took my Z4 into the dealership as my roof started giving problems, Melanie and Robyn truly made a bad day a good one and purely because of the way I was treated and the way that my case was handled. I chose JSN motors as it is convenient due to its location however since this incident I am now a dedicated customer to JSN and I would like to thank them for the exceptional and professional service I received and I truly urge anyone looking for good service in South Africa to please put your faith in JSN BMW as they put their customers first!
