JSN= A VERY DISHONEST DEALER. GO ELSEWHERE!

My car was towed to JSN motors for an issue starting, I was told it was the starter motor. They quoted me the amount, (north of R10k) I then collect the car, with a snapped off indicator stalk.

I bring this to their attention, to which they claim it arrived like that from AA. Luckily, AA record the delivery with images. The images clearly stated upon drop off the indicator stalk was attached. Regardless JSN refused to pay for the stalk and made me pay For it (the stalk is R8k).

All that aside, one day after I collected the car, it did not start. It was taken back to JSN where I was told no, now it is the starter cable... which I believe was the Original problem, but they rushed to fit the starter motor. Another thing I was once again charged for.

To sum up, the dishonesty from the dealership will make sure I never ever take a car there or purchase a car there, and I’ve made sure to let others know of my experience, of the dishonest staff and bad experience.
