A week later and no feedback

I went to this dealership to source a BMW dealership series, the salesperson, Johnny, was very nice initially however I was told that they need some time to see if they can make requests from the production line, etc. They spoke a very big game and made it seem like I would get a fantastic deal. Ever since I left the dealership, there has been no feedback. I phoned Johnny and he didn't even know who he was talking to. I was told that feedback would be provided soon however nothing has happened since. They'vr basically pushed me in the direction of Mercedes. Pathetic customer service and being **** to ****es me off on another level altogether. If you can't do something then don't act like you can. I was told that I'd be emailed a quote, a couple of times however nothing came because nothing was being done in dealership.
