A messy morning!

<p>I started a new job on Monday the 6th March. While I was on my way to work on Wednesday the 8th March, I noticed that my protein shake had spilled in the back of my car! I was quite upset as the whole contents of my protein shake had spilled on my new laptop bag with the majority of the mess on the floor - which is carpet.</p> <p>If you have ever spilled any kind of shake in your car you will know what a mess it makes, but worst of all is the smell that is left behind if you dont clean it properly.</p> <p>I was in a state not knowing how I was going to clean the mess in my car. I realised that I was close to JSN Motors - the dealership where I had bought my BMW. I drove to JSN Motors and spoke to the consultant who had assisted me with my previous service. </p> <p>I would like to make a specific mention of Carlo Janikram! This gentleman went out of his way to assist me. He didnt make me feel like I was asking for something over the top. He asked his team to clean up the mess and wash the area inside my car where the protein shake had messed. The guys even cleaned off my new laptop bag! All this was done for me while I waited inside and enjoyed a cappucino!</p> <p>This is amazing service! Thank you so much! I am eternally grateful to Carlo for what he did. When I got into my car at the end of the day, there was no smell from the messed pretein shake and there is still no smell or evidence that it happened.</p> <p>Once again, thank you to JSN Motors and thank you to Carlo Janikram! This is why I will always come back to you for service!</p>
