JSE absolutely brainless

My wife and her sister who have power of attorney from their step-mother who is into her eighties, who is in the mid-care section of an old age home and who has no cellphone, have been battling to divert dividend notices and other shareholder information from the step-mother’s PO Box which is being closed to my wife’s email address NO DIVIDEND NOTICES are being placed in the PO Box as the post office is in a shambles, similar in my mind to the JSE. A distinguished businessman has told me that NO deliveries are taking place and if he wanted his mail he would need to sort through mail at a depot!
