DIrector of company costs another company money after he does not ad hear to his own policy's

SO the director or one of them from JSC International contacts our company for a quotation and as it is December we are extremely Busy we opened up a installation for him and moved other clients around as he insisted on us doing the work on a specific date so he send an email excepted the quotation and was extremely adamant he wanted us to do the work in the quotations we send out we stipulate every single term and condition and one condition is as millions other company's do is ask for deposits so he knew this Mr. Pillay but he excepted nd out f his own said he would pay the installation , i still said please don't pay the full amount just the deposit the balance on completion so the entire day he strung us around we in fact said know to 7 other clients and referred them to another company because they also wanted to be helped that specific day so at 17h00 yesterday afternoon Mr. Pillay would say i have been trying to reach you for a while now which cant be true as we have 4 contact numbers on the quote alone and the while he was in fact on your website said he does not feel comfortable paying a deposit now let me just say the deposit is 3k not 100k yes 3 k so after saying no to many other business opportunity's this Director of a company cost a norther company loses and in hos own company's motto it says and i quote "Values , aghh What Values if you do this also it says our value proposition is professionalism , yeh right , and efficient yes in costing people money very efficient , thank you Mr. Pillay for what you did yesterday its not greatly appreciated
