Goods paid for and not received

Diaries for 2016 was ordered and paid in full in July 2015 and up to date nothing received only excuses. when I started getting agitated he attacked my mental state. Mr Sutherland do not keep his promises and I cannot provide my services which is really embarrassing not even to mention the money I loss. I was taken for a fool.
