J's Maintenance and Building

We ordered solar for our house from J's Maintenance and Building, we paid R80,000 Trading Enterprise (PTY) Ltd told us that 2 panels were not enough and we immediately gave him cash (R11,500) for 4 more panels, which was all good, after they installed panels, inverter, batteries etc etc, each day it was a dif problem. Twice in 5 days he asked us for more money as he needed more cable which we freely gave. On Wednesday 25th Jan in the evening loadshedding kicked in and our solar system kept going on and off. We rung J's Maintenance and reported it, Simon from Botse Fela rang us and told us to turn it off. He came the following morning and informed us that the system had blown. After a week of dif problems every day we asked him for our money back and to remove the system, he refused. He told us we need to pay for another inverter and when we said no he said well we would have to wait. Now 27th mid afternoon and no word from J's Maintenance or Botse Fela Trading. We are today seeking legal advice also we will post this bad business and attempt at ripping people off to the Alberton Record and everyone online forum/page/website we can find
