Laminates done and blinds refitting

Had a fairly good experience with Jaco and his team for the laminate floors I had fitted - 2 rooms totaling 50sqm and a few blinds they custom made and installed for a few large windows, they also refitted several blinds that builders renovating my place had damaged and removed for a minimal cost per window-(R40). Prices were very good, they accommodated a few requests of mine like removing the existing skirting and reinstalling after fitting the floors and not using quarter rounds on them etc. Surprisingly, very few installers were prepared to accommodate this request but it preserved the look and feel that was throughout the house. The blinds were initially promised for between 3 to 5 working days but only arrived around 9th or 10th working day so was quite frustrating at the time - I later found out that builders take 10 to 14 working days and there is a substantial fee to expedite to a shorter period - so in hindsight this was not that bad. My only issue is the communication throughout the process - when the job is quoted for there is great feedback and answering to questions but once it has commenced it is a lot harder to get in contact with Jaco and to get feedback etc. if this improves it would be a great experience.
