Appalling service

This company does not deserve any stars! Absolutely appallling service. How Jaco stays in business I do not know!! Jaco was quick to quote but when it came to the installation he was never to be seen. His crew did the installation without supervision and failed to inform me that the floor needed screeding beforehand as it was uneven. Needless to say this has caused endless issues. My battle has been ongoing for 10 months now. He has made continued empty promises and he has **** to me. I was informed that I had a warranty on the installation of the flooring but this all seems worthless... The blinds have been another issue. They do not open and close properly. They were poorly installed. He no longer takes my calls or replies to my messages... Out of pure frustration and disappointment I have turned to Hello Peter to warn others - stay clear of Jaco from J's flooring!
