Poor service

One star is too much for this so called company. Please stay away. Gave me a quote in July 2021 and that was the last time I saw this man. I regret paying him after a week the laminated flooring started lifting. I phoned him and he promised on numerous occasions to come investigate. To date he has never been to my house again. He sent one of he's workers to come investigate after various phone calls who claimed that we wet the floors that caused the damage. This was a lie because we clean the floors with laminated floor tile cleaning spray. I then had to phone him various times and he later just dropped my calls. When I eventually got hold of him he said he was waiting for 2 boxes of flooring to be supp**** by the supplier of the flooring as they were out of stock. This delaying tactics of him continued up to this day i.e. 29 October 2021. Now he is waiting for the supplier of the flooring to come inspect the flooring because there is about 20 planks to be replaced and he cannot afford to replace it, 3 months later. This man is a **** don't trust him.
