unreliable, untrust worthy and bad service

The company stated above, installed a carpet in our Boardroom on the 13/10/2014. we called them in February asking them to send someone to fix the carpet as it is now lifting from the sides against the wall. they kept saying they will send some one, we have been calling them repeatedly with no success. <br> at one stage when I was on the phone with Mr Jaco he actually hung up the phone while I was speaking to him.
