Shocking attitude of manager and some staff

I arrived at JR 'S just before 5 with 3 members of their staff standing outside doing nothing . I indicated I wanted to come in with my truck but was just ignored.. After several attempts I hooted to get their attention as there are no parking and the road was busy to help me in to a bay. I did not feel welcome. At other tyre shops people would show you into a bay walking up to you and asking you what they can do for you.I felt i was in the way but the best was when the manager /owner verbally attacked me for hooting once to draw his staffs attention to help me in to a bay after standing nearly 2 minutes just being looked at. I could not believe the attitude of this gentleman towards a customer . When asked who the owner was he claimed he was the owner but i cannot believe a owner would treat customers in such a way.
