JR's Exhausts terrible service

Drove my car there to get my exhaust bent due to a vibration sound, they quoted me to remove the propshaft and fix the exhaust and all was good. They phoned me later that day with a "problem" they found on my propshaft, which was working perfectly fine before, as I drove my car there myself. After investigating, I realized they didn't align it properly when putting the propshaft back in, which caused it to break when they moved the car. They refused to take responsibility for their mistake and kept on giving the most textbook excuses and suggested that I get my car towed out of there. They also claimed to have done me a "favor" by adding a ***** in a place where it was missing (unrelated to exhaust and propshaft) but still charged me for that. I DONT recommend using this place unless you WANT other issues in your car which they take no responsibility for and make you spend more money on fixing stuff which was working perfectly fine before.
