After making us wait for 2.5 hrs cos they said the trailer is not covered by the insurance, but keep in us on a string, eventually there truck came after we found another tow service and load the trailer, brought it to their grounds and refused to help us, demanding payment, lying about the km, doesn't have a ct card machine, being rude and dismissive and condescending. Hate and contempt from their faces. We did an eft eventually after the insurance said they will reimburse us. This was the most horrible experience. I cannot believe these people are in a business where people need help and this is how you have to be treated. Stay away. Use any other tow service. Run as fast as you can away from these contemptuous treatment
