Exceedingly poor service

I was on contract for a month in Bloemfontein and used this taxi service daily. Initially they were fine, however towards the end of the time period drivers began to turn up late (20-30 min) to collect me always stating they were understaffed. The last straw was a day when they simply didn't pitch in the morning and after a lengthy discussion with the manager in which she apologized profusely and assured me there'd be a taxi for me that afternoon, they STILL didn't show.

This after spending over R3000 with this "service" over the course of a month. Save yourself the aggravation and take a different taxi
