Not willing to provide information

Good morning, I'm a third time customer at JR Choeu and used to travel with this bus years until 2002 when I finished school.<br> <br> This morning at 6:00 am I politely asked the driver how much was the monthly ticket and where I can get it. His response was very rude and even gave me the look and said \I don't sell monthly tickets here and go and find out where you can buy it I don't know\".<br> <br> Now I'm wondering if he he doesn't know how much is it and where can one but the ticket how are people like myself who wants to travel by bus to work since I only started recently and I'm going to travel for a long time and already I get this attitude? There's two of us that will be travelling to work and we feel unwelcomed already. <br> <br> He didn't have to give us attitude and for him to say he doesn't know and we must find out for ourselves is chasing customers away and he forgets that he earns from customers.<br> <br> I think the management at JR Choeu should hire people who will take pride in their jobs and respect it. They should appreciate their employment because we pay for their services and it's not like we travelling for free.<br> <br> I might not be a regular customer for now but the two of us are planning to.
