JR Aluminium - Jopie ******tse

I'm 72 years old, in 2021 I paid R71,950.00 to Jopie ******tse of JR Aluminium to install glass stack doors at my house. He promised installation within 3 weeks. Six weeks later no action then he started ignoring my calls, emails and ghosting me. June 2023 he eventually installed the frames, poor quality and the glass was never fitted. I started legal action in July 2021 and eventually in October 2023 I got a judgement against him where he is supposed to pay me back the initial amount + legal fees+ interest. The only way I can try to get this money back is to spend more money on lawyers, Sheriffs, tracers etc. This man never once appeared in court and has ducked and dived to avoid taking responsibility. He has sold the business premises and resigned as a director whilst legal action was being taken him. Jopie ******tse is a ***ard, *****, **** and *****ster and I hope his children, family, friends and congregation get to know what he is capable of. KARMA will catch up with him and I hope he gets what is due to him.
