Wasting others' time and money

A week ahead of moving into a new apartment complex, JPS Trust was notified of the fact that my phone number needed to be registered for gate access. On moving day, for which I had to apply for leave, it transpired that they had not registered me and had not even contacted the landlord for approval of the registration.

They were contacted by our estate agent and myself repeatedly, never returning the phonecalls as promised, and yet I am still waiting for the confirmation of my registration.
