Prince Park, Stellenbosh - worst place to rent

Morne Terblanche We have the same problem, kids are driving us up the wall, after 4 years we are done, constantly having to deal with kids and some tenants, they vandalized the property, breaking plants and destroying the little bit of garden one does see, wash lines doubles as swings and the flat sounds like it smack in the middle of a preschool for 7 hours a day till well past 9pm, the issue was raised and was told 3 owners needs to complain before it will be addressed, the caretaker is useless, we sent through audio recordings an pictures, our landlord sent throug mail after mail and still nothing....what a joke

Bow that we finally had enough, gave notice and phoning around, 5 potential places contacted, said we where another one calling fhrom Prince Park, giving the exact same reason as to why we want to move...time to go back to the drawing board JPS
