JP's Auto Ripoff mechanic

I had an issue with me Mitsubishi Pajero it was leaking oil badly from the crank seals so I had my insurance take my car to him on a flat bead truck. This mechanic had my vehicle 3 days and I had already paid a deposit of R7200 for the work needed. I was told the heads were off and at the engineering workshop. When I went to give him some more cash that same day and to see how far the repairs were on my vehicle I was shocked to find the mechanic using my vehicle to drive around and buy food and do other work which included having a drain cleaning rod wedged inside my Pajero alongside the passanger seat as well as empty takeaway packages on the floor. I took my car away from him as he had not even started working on it. I am now left with a massive task of trying to get my R7200 back from him which I have been getting blank promises of repayment for over a week now.
