The owner provided a qoute with price which was agreed and accepted by both parties but then tried to do his "own thing" by not completing the work as agreed, furthermore he does not pay his workers citing that he had not been paid for the work that had been done. He also decided to slander my name by complaining on Facebook that he had not been paid to give his lies to his workers some credibility. I have my receipts of payment so a word of advice, rather use someone else.
