No money - no solar

Request a quotation from the company to install a new solar system in my house. Paid the deposit as requested. Received the inverter but nothing else. This is now more than 6 months later. Bought extra batteries paid the money and also no batteries, still waiting for my refund. I have also found out that they invoice for VAT but they are not registered for VAT, this has been reported to SARS. The owner is Jacques Roberts, please do not trust him.
