Will never reccomend service to anyone

I was misinterpreted by JP Nienaber in the year of 2017.I app**** for debtreview at the MWA Group during that year and to my surprise JP was no longer working with the MWA Group but with JPAW Financial Solutions. The following amount of R10772.77 was deducted on 31/08/2017 and a second debit order on 29/09/2017 from my bank account as JPAW. I went to my debt counsellor the MWA Group to find out why the monies are being deducted as JPAW and why my vechile did not receive payment but they couldn't find me on their system, after they draw an ITC report we found out that JP placed me under debtreview with another debt counsellor(JPAW Finacial Solutions).I immediately transferred as I app**** with the MWA Group and not JPAW Financial solutions. I tried to call him several times but he did not attempt to call me back and is always in meetings I am defenitley not happy with the service you are providing and would not recommend your service.After investigations I was also told that monies should not be deducted by a debtcounsellor but by a PDA I never even received any form of proof of payment.
