JP Pump and Eng are Con-men

Peter and Jeff of JP-Pump-and Eng are two con-men. They rented a flat from an embattled pensioner in Table View but only paid the deposit and rent for the first month. For the following 3 months they lived rent free, coming up with excuse after excuse as to why they are not paying. Besides rent, they also refused to pay their share of the Municipal Bill - claiming they were not aware that they were responsible for this, even though it is clearly stated in their Lease Agreement.<br> They then tried to put pressure on the landlord to give Invoices them for the money paid in deposit and rent - clearly wanting to submit to SARS with their Tax Returns.<br> They never paid for their electricity usage and this had to be covered by a single mother of THREE children from whose electricity supply their flat was connected.<br> Beware of these two men as they are con-men who prey on the soft and marginalised. They have money to spend in bars and on women while their landlord does not have food in his house !
