Don't trust their service

Removed my swimming pool pump on Wednesday 18 Feb, fixed & serviced it and installed it again on Sunday (22 Feb) morning, after they didn't arrive on Saturday (21 Feb) afternoon as discussed. Paid in cash.<br> Sunday evening (22 Feb) pump already wasn't working. Phoned them, they don't answer their phones or e-mails.<br> Made appointment with them to rectify the mistake Monday (23 Feb) morning.<br> Asked them to please not be late for appointment, as we have to take off work.<br> After being hour late and not showing for appointment to come fix the pump, they put down phone in our ear and from then they just didn't answer phone again.<br> Send them mail to inform them that they will be liable for expenses if I have to get another company to fix the pump again and that it's advisable if they contact me to arrange for a time suitable to fix the pump.<br> No reply from this company. No After service.
