JPMCC - Johannesburg

I’ve registered for the race online on the 3rd of March 2023 the fee was R200, the race that took place on the 30th of March 2023 and I they debited R200 x 3 after that I didn’t receive any confirmation. I had to request for refund because I was unable to participate when I don’t have the race number. They took a month to refund me and I was only refunded R200, when I do follow up’s for the outstanding R400 I don’t receive any feedback. I’m soo disappointed with the treatment.
