****med for 43 inch TV that broke within months & no fix

The shop is based at 98 Nagington Road , Wadeville Germiston. It is advertised as a demo store and when you are at the shop they will tell you that some items are new and charges a premium for them, yet what I discovered is that their items might be rejects, DO NOT buy TV’s at this shop you will regret it. I paid R5000 for a Samsung 43 inch TV that showed likes a day after I bought it, when i returned it they gave me a working one but the cover was broken, ot was hidden to us when they showed it to us, and to be honest we were concentrating on the screen because that was an issue with the previous one, and didn’t expect to get a TV with a broken cover. We only realised it when we we installing it on the wall. The guy (Khwezi) who sold me the TV said he will look for a replacement after I sent him a long text explaining my frustration. He never did. And the TV stopped working about 8 months into the purchase date. I took it in, and they told me it was out of warranty(of 6 months), lesson learned from me to never buy an electronic with a 6 month warranty especially something that fragile and expensive. Anyway, they said they will take it to Samsung to fix and they will tell me how much it will cost me , this was in December 2022. Since then I have been calling the owner Jomo and going to the shop to a guy called Ntshembo, but they can’t fix the TV or give me my TV back , it’s been stories after stories. They say Samsung has the TV. I know Samsung service because all my appliances are Samsung and I have never waited more than two weeks. So basically they have ****med me of R5000 as I don’t have the TV that I paid the money for. So do yourself a favour and stay away from this shop . Don’t regret it like me
