administration gone terribly wrong

I have been under administration since 2008/07 under JPBESTER AND ASSOCIATES however I was faced with appalling news when I asked fro my credit report from ITC to find that my accounts are not being paid at all by them so much I got an sms from one creditor advising me my account has been handed over to external debt collecting company DMC but under my knowledge my creditors are being paid as I am not paying my administration officer via direct deposit but hey are debiting the amount of R900.00 every month directly from my persal equaling to R10800.00 per year no payments missed because I get paid every month . I wish to cancel the administration order as I have tried numerous times to communicate with the administrator with no success .
