We want the refund

<p>I went to JP Auctioneers on 24th May 2017 where I paid a deposit of R20 000, I didn't purchase anything. I've been calling and sending e-mails without respond. I was supposed to get my refund within 7-10 working days, it has been more than a month now and still no refund. I tried several occasions to enquire only to find unfriendly staff member who is not willing to help me. Please help.</p>
