VEHICLE DOCUMENTS NOT DELIVERED AS PROMISED SINCE MARCH 08,2017.

I bought 3 FORD RANGERS at an Auction at N12, Potchefstroom on the 08 March 2017 and only 2 documents for 2 bakkies were handed out at the Auction venue. I was promised to be sent the 3rd set of documents for the 3rd bakkie to which to date nothing has been sent to me. I have tried all possible avenues, phone calls and emails but the answer is always the same, that they will be sent. What must I do? Where must I go for help?
