still waiting for my R10000 refund.

<p>Good day. On the 22nd of June at N12 Auction Yard corner R54 & N12, I was at an auction with JP auctioneers and I still haven't received my refund of R10 000 since I didn't make any purchase on that day every time I call them I would speak to a lady and she would say she will check with their accountant and she will get back to me, and now recently when I call and when she realises it's me she hangs the phone and she is always rude to me. Please help me deal with this people because I have priorities to take care of with that money... Thank you. </p>
