R10000 refund not received

<p>I registered for the Auction in Secunda on the 07/02/2017 and i did not buy anything now the problem is that from the 17/02/2017 ,i am trying to get my refund from them without success, the lady who answers the phone ********** 275 and she is the manager from what she told me is extremely rude, she is been telling me stories in the defferent occassions i called, that i must wait for 10 working day even after that time had lapsed, friday the 24/02/2017 i called her and she said it will be in by monday or tuesday and today i called and she says my account number is missing one number and you can hear that it pure lies, my bidder number was number 5, please help.</p>
