JP AUCTIONEERS ;Potchefstroom Refunds

<p>I went to an Auction held N12 Auction Yard, Corner N12 & R 54, 10KMS from Potchefstroom on Wednesday 22 June 2016 at 10:00 am. According to the Actions Terms & Conditions: Deposits are refunded in the manner paid. Card transactions take 7-10 working days and EFT Refunds take 3-4 working days. I made a deposit of R10 000.00 and to date am still waiting for my refund. I have tried on several occasion to enquire only to find unfriendly staff members who are not even willing to give me a chance to explain my side of the story. I called on the 13th September at 10:49; even today at 14:45 and the lady who answered the phone said an sms would be sent no later than 17:00 today, what bothers me though is it, . Now im not sure what should happen going forward, but I have given you ample of time to refund me the money I deposited, it has been 2 months; 19 days in counting and nobody has the decency to update me on this matter.</p> <p> </p>
