JP Auctioneers is a Big ****

I registered with JP Auctioneers for the auction of cars in Rustenburg in 2014 and I deposited R10 000 on their bank account as a deposit to allow me to be a beat and during the day of auction I did see any car that will fit my needs anf I went to near buy garage around +-14h00 to buy foods to eat when I come back the auction was over then I qent to their office to get my refund on my surprises they told me i took part on beating for an olf bakkie that it doesn't even move. I asked them to chwck the recording and their cameras to check who used my number to beat and they refused. Till today they didn't refund me my money
