Deposite refund not paid back since May 2017

I paid a deposite of R20000 to JP Auctioneers in May 2017 during Auction in Polokwane. I did not buy any item. I was promised that a refund cheque will be send to me. I did not get it up to today. They do not answer the phone nor respond to emails.
