car reg papers still not delivered

I bought a vehicle (BMW X1 BLACK) at their recently hosted auction that was held at graceland casino in secunda, the car registration paper were not there at the time, I was then told that within 4 working days I shall be contacted to give relevant details so the papers can be couriered to me, the auction was held on the 21st Oct 2015, since then I haven't received any feedback instead I had to call in my self to find out what is happening! I am very unhappy with such service because I'm still not receiving any feedback even after having called them.
