Always excuses to deliver!

We had contracted the services of JP Architectural services and had to wait approx. 2 years for the finalisation and completion of the plans. Every time he wants more money and upfront... and we had to wait and nag and beg for our plans to be issued to us. This is unacceptable!!<br> Every time we make an enquiry, there is something else that is applicable to the new plans for alterations to our house and there is an additional cost. At the end we took the plans as is (they are complete according to him, however initially he was going to do the energy efficiency for the plans he had drawn up and at the end when receiving the plans, there were excuses again!), currently awaiting feedback from an Architectural Engineer to see if there are any problems with the plans drawn up.<br> <br> I would not recommend his service to anybody!!
