Disgusting service

My family and I booked into savanna Lodge Thursday evening 4th of November 2022, since we got there till Sunday morning we never had hot water we showered with cold water and my boyfriend paid for the cleaning services yet the room were never cleaned the linen was dirty, the place is disgusting. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
