Jozi X - Client Dissapointed

I arranged a birthday party @ JoziX for my daughter and her friends. I must say the website advertising looks fantastic but when you get to the venue its not the same. The apparatus in the adventure world is old and not everything is working. The staff members is rude and doesn't have a clue how to treat kids (perhaps the owner should send the staff for people s**** training). Its most definitely not worth the money you pay, the kids were bored after 30min of playing, luckily I booked the Bubble soccer as well @ a cost of R2200/hour, another *******...The ***** that the kids play is old and worn and most have punctures, yet you pay exactly the same. The tuck shop itself sells everything liquid for R20 with no variety and nothing else, you might as well close it because its not working. I confronted the owner and his response was direct, you pay for what you get...???????? There is another obstacle course next to adventure world but the kids cant access because you haven't paid???? I paid R140 per person x 16 kids for 3 hours including the Bubble soccer 1 hour session for R2200 and didn't get any value for my money. The park needs a definite upgrade and the owner and staff should look at themselves and the way the business is ran, because in my opinion its not working. Its false advertising and once you have paid its done, you cant get you money back.
