Worst bus company is South Africa

Three days before our booking it was radio silence, obviously no one pitched on the day of booking… we haven’t received refund even though we have been promised multiple time… no one responds at all I’ve been blocked on WhatsApp by the company 2 months and still no answer. Has anyone else noticed the same style good review after multiple bad reviews seems like they’ve created **** accounts on hello Peter to make this sound believable. Trash company DONT EVEN CONSIDER USING THEIR SERVICES OR LACK THERE OF!
