Terrible service, still waiting for refund

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a party bus and paid in full immediately. I did not get any response to my emails or WhatsApps the week leading up to the event. I and many other people called them to find out if they were coming but they ignored our calls. They butt-dialed us the next day so clearly had the phone on them. They never showed up. On the following Monday, I got an email saying they apologized for the “cancellation”. It was not a cancellation, they just didn’t arrive.

They offered a refund and 20 complimentary tickets to their pub crawls. I declined the pub crawls because we no longer live in SA and asked them to cover our cost for the Ubers we had to take that night instead.

It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve last heard from them. They have not responded to my emails or WhatsApps about the refund. They have been posting on social media. They deleted my comments on their Instagram and Facebook posts.

I am still waiting for my refund and a response.
