Terrible service

We booked Jozi Vibes for transporting staff to our venue for our 2023 year end function. All hyped up and ready to go... the bus never arrived. We then had to order various ubers to take staff to the venue, which did kill the vibe, as staff members were split up between various vehicles. We have been calling them since December for a refund, but every time 'Lawrence' is not available and they promise he will call back, but he never does, and our deposit has also not been paid back as yet.
