terrible

i have a bad experience with Jozi vibe, i order two buses with Lawrence i paid them R17400 they acknowledge receipt of payment and send me invoice. on the day of the event they called telling stories about buses that are no more coming. i have to struggle to get other buses. they promised me a refund within an hour of which up to date no refund was made by them. even after numerous engagement with them instead they choose to ignore my calls and my emails. Lawrence now is ignoring he is not even care if i got my money or not they even tried to refund me from the **** account with a **** proof of payment after i have prove to them that no money was sent to me is then they apologise promising to pay back my money but I'm still waiting since the 23 September 2023. this people are not reliable and not trustworthy they do not take their customer seriously. bus as for me i wont give up until they pay back my money with interest even if i have to take a street way i will do it that is the promise to them. now i have notice their office address keeps on changing now i have their 3rd address. Jozi vibe do the right and pay back my money
