Read every single one star review posted about this company, it’s all facts and I’ll gladly provide proof in case they decide to report my review to Google to have it taken down. Basically DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Last year we had booked the party bus experience to and from ultra. Firstly, they were 2 hours late to pick us up. On top of that they told us that their party bus had issues and so we would have to take normal taxis to ultra which was not what we paid for. We were then dropped off at a specific spot and were told that we would get picked up from that exact spot (we all dropped a pin there just to ensure we make it back to the correct location). After ultra, we made it back to that agreed upon pickup spot but of course they were not there. We waited another hour+ for them to pick us up *in the freezing cold* and they went to a completely different location AND they were about to take another group of people (who had not booked their services - we know this because they told us they were gonna pay these guys) instead of us. I’m not even kidding when I say we were one of the last groups to leave because we had zero traffic getting out of Nasrec. ON TOP OF THAT, we were told that we would get a refund of 50% for all the inconvenience caused - after messaging, emailing, calling I still haven’t heard back from them up to this day. Just save yourself the trouble and book with the official park and ride, don’t waste your time with Jozi Vibes, you’ll just end up disappointed.
