Paid in full for services never received

Be careful with this company. Ask yourself if you want to risk paying for a bus that may not pitch and then not get refunded ?We booked and paid for a party bus but they never showed up leaving us with 50 disappointed guests. They did not even phone us and we had to contact them. When we eventually reached them they said their bus broke down. It has been more than a month and they have not refunded us even though they promised us they would. Seriously ***** crowd.
